BankTree Online Personal Finance - Cancel Subscription

How can I cancel the BankTree Online subscription?

If you have recurring monthly payment or a recurring yearly payment. You can cancel this at any time before the next payment is due.

To cancel your subscription go to MyAccount

• Log In to My Account  with the email address you used when registering for the service
• You will be emailed a code to login
• After you have logged in go to the BankTree Subscriptions Tab
• Select the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button to cancel your subscription.
• You can continue to use the service until the subscription period ends.

You can also cancel your subscription in BankTree Online

• Log In to BankTree Online and select the SETTINGS Icon, then PROFILE at the top of the screen.
• Then select the SUBSCRIPTION Tab.
• Select the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button to cancel your subscription.
• You can continue to use the service until the subscription period ends.
