BankTree Desktop Personal Finance - Cancel Banking Subscription Service

How can I cancel the banking subscription service ?

The banking subscription will either be a recurring monthly payment or a recurring yearly payment. You can cancel this at any time before the next payment is due.

To cancel your subscription go to MyAccount

• Log In to My Account  with the email address you used when registering for the service
• You will be emailed a code to login
• After you have logged in go to the BankTree Subscriptions Tab
• Select the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button to cancel your subscription.
• You can continue to use the service until the subscription period ends.

If you purchased a monthly subscription before making a purchase of the BankTree desktop personal finance software, then this will end automatically when the month is complete. You will not be able to purchase an annual subscription before you have purchased the desktop software.
