How to set the number of decimals for the Amounts

The number of decimals should be set to 2 decimal places i.e (1.56789 will be shown as 1.57)

If this needs to be reset Go to the Windows Start menu > Control Panel and select Region
 
On the Formats tab > Click the Additional Settings Button

Then click on the Reset button

Click on OK to accept the settings.
