Reminders?

Hi, I'm confused.

I have a load of (future dated) transactions now appearing on the "Reminders" tab. However, they are also appearing in the main window.

What's the point of that, please?

Can I change a setting so that I only see past-dated (and/cleared or reconciled future dated) trasactions in the main window, so the current balance would then be my real balance as at today?

Could you also please explain how the balance column in the Reminders tab is calculated. At the moment, the "balance" col after the first "reminder" transaction seems to be the main window balance minus the the value of that transaction. However, the main window balace includes that transaction anyway, so it is double counted in the "reminder" column.

Very confused.
