What to do if the charts do not display correctly

When running any of the reports, the chart is normally displayed on the top of the screen. Charts are also displayed for the share price history.
The charts use Adobe Flash Player, ActiveX control / plug-in, which you will need to install.
Check which version of Adobe Flash ActiveX you are using:
Using Internet Explorer (as only this supports ActiveX controls)
- go to https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html
- Click the Check Now button.
- If Flash is installed it will display on the test page
Update
Due to the unreliability of Adobe Flash Player and dwindling support for this platform. We have now updated our software (BankTree Personal Finance 3.16.1) To no longer use Adobe Flash Player to display charts.
