Terms and Conditions

1) This prize draw is open to all BankTree customers aged 18 years or over except employees of BankTree directly involved in the promotion, their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with the draw.

2) From 1st June 2008 for each purchase of BankTree Personal Finance your registered email address will be automatically entered into the monthly draw to win a prize of £250. (There will be a prize draw on the 1st day of every month starting on 1st July 2008 for the proceeding months purchases, the winner will win £250).

3) The prize fund of £250 will become active only after a minimum of 55 new customers have made a purchase during the month. If the minimum number of new customers has not been met no draw will take place for that month, the prize will not roll forward to the next month.

4) A maximum of one entry per person per month is permitted.

5) All promotional instructions form part of the prize draw terms and conditions.

6) Winners will be selected at random. One winner's name will be drawn each month on the first of the month. For example, the winner for the June 2008 draw will be drawn on 1st of July and so on. Each winner will be contacted within 7 days of the draw taking place by email using their registered email address. Instructions for claiming the prize will be included in the email. Winners will need to actively accept these terms and conditions within 7 days of receiving the winning notification to accept the prize.

7) Purchase is necessary. By downloading and installing BankTree Personal Finance 2.0, selecting the Register Now button, completing your registration details and making your payment through PayPal.

8) The winner will be paid in the currency they have purchased BankTree Personal Finance via PayPal. All currency exchange rates and fees will be as set by PayPal, and deducted before the award.

9) No other correspondence will be entered into. The decision of BankTree UK will be final.
